Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, grated
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the grated zucchinis to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
- Drizzle vanilla extract over the zucchinis and mix well to evenly distribute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
