Zucchini Hash with Vanilla Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the grated zucchinis to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
  4. Drizzle vanilla extract over the zucchinis and mix well to evenly distribute.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
