Pork Bowl with Coriander Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Add the pork slices and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Divide the cooked rice into bowls. Top with the cooked pork slices and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
