Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Add the pork slices and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Divide the cooked rice into bowls. Top with the cooked pork slices and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
