- 2 apples
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Core and slice the apples into thin wedges.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the apple slices with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned apple slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the apples are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
