Apple Bowl with Rosemary Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Core and slice the apples into thin wedges.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the apple slices with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned apple slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the apples are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
