Pear Pasta with Oregano Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz of pasta
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced pear to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the pear and oregano mixture.
