Ingredients:
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 8 oz of pasta
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Boil a pot of water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced pear to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the pear and oregano mixture.
