Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the sliced pears in a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, melted butter, and rolled oats to create the topping.
  4. Sprinkle the topping over the pears in the baking dish.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the pears are tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
