Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Remove the leaves and chop the cauliflower into florets.
- Place the cauliflower florets in a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and sprinkle with rosemary, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the cauliflower to evenly coat with the seasonings.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
