Cauliflower Casserole with Rosemary Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove the leaves and chop the cauliflower into florets.
  3. Place the cauliflower florets in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and sprinkle with rosemary, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss the cauliflower to evenly coat with the seasonings.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
