Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.
  5. Remove from oven and serve hot.
