Ingredients:
- 4 large apples (such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Core the apples and remove the top 1/4 inch of the apple skin with a sharp knife.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans, and raisins.
- Stuff each apple with the mixture, pressing down firmly to ensure it is tightly packed.
- Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish and drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
