Ingredients:
- 1 lb cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add shredded turkey and cumin. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning as needed.
