Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pork loin, sliced
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the pork loin slices with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the pork loin slices until browned on both sides.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and place the seared pork loin slices on top.
  5. Top the pork with fresh basil leaves.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
