Ingredients:
- 1 pound pork loin, sliced
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Season the pork loin slices with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the pork loin slices until browned on both sides.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and place the seared pork loin slices on top.
- Top the pork with fresh basil leaves.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
