Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Wash and chop the kale into bite-sized pieces, removing the tough stems.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in the chopped kale and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until wilted.
- Sprinkle the paprika, salt, and pepper over the kale and stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious Kale Stir-fry with Paprika!
