Ingredients:

  • 8 oz of pasta of your choice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the mushrooms and sauté until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and thyme, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
