Ingredients:
- 8 oz of pasta of your choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Boil a pot of water and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms and sauté until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic and thyme, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
