- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine grated carrots, vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
