- 1 pie crust
- 2 cups chopped broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, diced

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and press it into a pie dish.
- In a skillet, sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add the broccoli to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, coriander, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the broccoli mixture evenly in the pie crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the broccoli.
- Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is set and the crust is golden brown.
