Broccoli Pie with Coriander Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a pie dish.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the onion until translucent.
  4. Add the broccoli to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread the broccoli mixture evenly in the pie crust.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the broccoli.
  8. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is set and the crust is golden brown.
  10. Allow the pie to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
