Ingredients:

  • 1 large broccoli head, cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large whole wheat wraps
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
  4. Warm the whole wheat wraps in a skillet or microwave.
  5. Spread a layer of hummus on each wrap, leaving a border around the edges.
  6. Divide the roasted broccoli among the wraps, then sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  7. Roll up the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  8. Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
