Ingredients:
- 1 large broccoli head, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large whole wheat wraps
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
- Warm the whole wheat wraps in a skillet or microwave.
- Spread a layer of hummus on each wrap, leaving a border around the edges.
- Divide the roasted broccoli among the wraps, then sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
- Roll up the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
