Pork Hash with Nutmeg Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add the ground pork to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
  4. Sprinkle the nutmeg, salt, and pepper over the pork, stir to combine.
  5. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with rice or potatoes.
