Chestnut Tart with Coriander Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chestnut flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chestnut flour, sugar, melted butter, cornstarch, ground coriander, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a greased tart pan and press down to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and chopped fresh coriander.
  5. Pour the milk mixture over the partially baked crust and return to the oven. Bake for another 20 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Allow the tart to cool before slicing and serving.
