Ingredients:
- 1 cup chestnut flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chestnut flour, sugar, melted butter, cornstarch, ground coriander, and salt. Mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased tart pan and press down to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and chopped fresh coriander.
- Pour the milk mixture over the partially baked crust and return to the oven. Bake for another 20 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Allow the tart to cool before slicing and serving.
