Beef Hash with Paprika

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cooked beef, shredded
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in shredded beef, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
