Butternut Squash Wrap with Paprika Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced butternut squash with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned butternut squash onto a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.
