Quinoa Roast with Chili Flakes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water to remove any bitterness.
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the quinoa. Reduce heat to low and cover, simmer for 15-20 minutes or until quinoa is tender.
- Once quinoa is cooked, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add cooked quinoa to the skillet and stir in chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish or main course.
