Zucchini Bread with Chili Flakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili flakes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded zucchini, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chili flakes.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
