Zucchini Bread with Chili Flakes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded zucchini, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chili flakes.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
