Brussels Sprouts Casserole with Paprika Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup diced onion

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic, and onion. Sprinkle this mixture over the Brussels sprouts and cheese.
  5. Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
