Brussels Sprouts Casserole with Paprika Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup diced onion
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic, and onion. Sprinkle this mixture over the Brussels sprouts and cheese.
- Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
