Ingredients
- 8 oz of pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken slices. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Add the minced garlic and chili flakes to the pan and cook for another minute.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the chicken. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the chicken pasta in bowls, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and extra chili flakes if desired.
