Ingredients

  • 8 oz of pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken slices. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add the minced garlic and chili flakes to the pan and cook for another minute.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the chicken. Toss to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the chicken pasta in bowls, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and extra chili flakes if desired.
