Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Remove the stems from the kale leaves and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the kale to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and squeeze the lemon juice over the kale.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer the kale salad to a serving dish and enjoy!
