Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Remove the stems from the kale leaves and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the kale to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the pan from heat and squeeze the lemon juice over the kale.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the kale salad to a serving dish and enjoy!
