Ingredients:
- 2 acorn squash, halved and seeds removed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place acorn squash halves cut side down on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove squash from oven and flip over. In a small bowl, mix honey, melted butter, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Brush honey mixture over the cut sides of the squash and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Return squash to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
