Ingredients:
- 4 large leeks
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Trim the roots and dark green parts of the leeks, leaving only the white and light green parts.
- Cut the leeks lengthwise and rinse under cold water to remove any dirt or sand.
- Steam the leeks for 10 minutes until they are tender.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the steamed leeks to the pan and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
