Cauliflower Bowl with Oregano Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and chop the cauliflower into small florets.
  3. Place the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss the cauliflower to evenly coat with the seasonings.
  6. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
