Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and chop the cauliflower into small florets.
- Place the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the cauliflower to evenly coat with the seasonings.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
