Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- Start by cutting the cauliflower into small florets.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the cauliflower, stirring occasionally, until it is tender and slightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
- Drizzle the honey over the cauliflower and stir to coat evenly.
- Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, until the honey has caramelized and the cauliflower is golden brown.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
