Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Start by cutting the cauliflower into small florets.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the cauliflower, stirring occasionally, until it is tender and slightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Drizzle the honey over the cauliflower and stir to coat evenly.
  7. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, until the honey has caramelized and the cauliflower is golden brown.
  8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
