Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and Brussels sprouts to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until Brussels sprouts are tender.
  4. Sprinkle paprika over the Brussels sprouts and stir to combine.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the Brussels sprouts and paprika.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
