Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Boil a pot of water and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and Brussels sprouts to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until Brussels sprouts are tender.
- Sprinkle paprika over the Brussels sprouts and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the Brussels sprouts and paprika.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
