Ingredients:
- 8 oz wild rice pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Boil the Pasta: Cook the wild rice pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add Thyme: Add the chopped fresh thyme to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Combine: Add the cooked wild rice pasta to the skillet with the garlic and thyme. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Season: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve: Remove from heat and serve the wild rice pasta with thyme hot. Enjoy!
