Ingredients:
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 pound sliced turkey breast
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions:
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each tortilla.
- Top each tortilla with sliced turkey breast.
- Sprinkle chopped rosemary over the turkey.
- Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the ends as you go.
- Secure the wraps with toothpicks if needed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wraps in the skillet, seam side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
