Ingredients:
– 4 leeks
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cut and clean the leeks: Trim the roots and dark green tops off the leeks. Cut them in half lengthwise and rinse under cold water to remove any dirt or sand.
3. Sauté the leeks: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the leeks and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are soft.
