Ingredients:

  • 2 parsnips
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and slice the parsnips into thin strips.
  3. Place the parsnip slices on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and honey.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the parsnips to coat evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  9. Transfer the parsnips to a bowl and garnish with fresh herbs.
