Ingredients:
- 2 parsnips
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and slice the parsnips into thin strips.
- Place the parsnip slices on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and honey.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the parsnips to coat evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Transfer the parsnips to a bowl and garnish with fresh herbs.
