Pork Pasta with Garlic Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork, diced
- 1 lb pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain pasta and combine with pork mixture in the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
