Pork Pasta with Garlic Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork, diced
  • 1 lb pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Drain pasta and combine with pork mixture in the skillet.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
