Ingredients:

  • 1 pound sliced turkey breast
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on each tortilla.
  2. Evenly distribute the sliced turkey breast on each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle chopped fresh rosemary, diced tomatoes, shredded mozzarella cheese, and sliced red onion on top of the turkey.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

  7. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the wraps in the skillet seam-side down.
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
