Carrot Stuffing with Maple Syrup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of diced carrots
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in diced carrots and cook until slightly softened.
- Remove from heat and transfer carrot mixture into a mixing bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, maple syrup, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl. Mix well to combine.
- Transfer the stuffing into a baking dish and drizzle with a little extra maple syrup on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
