Carrot Stuffing with Maple Syrup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of diced carrots
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in diced carrots and cook until slightly softened.
  4. Remove from heat and transfer carrot mixture into a mixing bowl.
  5. Add breadcrumbs, maple syrup, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl. Mix well to combine.
  6. Transfer the stuffing into a baking dish and drizzle with a little extra maple syrup on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
