- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and butter four ramekins.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate together in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually whisk in the chocolate mixture, then fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
- Let the cakes cool for a few minutes, then run a knife around the edges and invert onto plates.
- Serve warm with a sprinkle of powdered sugar or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
