Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the honey garlic mixture over the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
