Poulet au curry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Sprinkle curry powder over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  6. Simmer the curry for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
