Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup red wine (optional)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, red wine, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While the sauce simmers, cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti noodles. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
