Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup red wine (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, red wine, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. While the sauce simmers, cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti noodles. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
