Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned.
  3. Add the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika to the skillet and mix well.
  4. Stuff the bell peppers with the beef and rice mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the peppers and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
