Ingredients:
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned.
- Add the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika to the skillet and mix well.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the beef and rice mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the peppers and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
