Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Butter 4 ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate together.
- Stir in the sugar and salt until well combined.
- Add the eggs and egg yolks, one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until smooth.
- Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Let the lava cakes cool for a few minutes before serving.
