Tandoori Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and oil to make the marinade.
- Score the chicken thighs with a knife and coat them with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- For a charred finish, broil the chicken for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve the tandoori chicken hot with naan or rice and enjoy!
