Tandoori Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and oil to make the marinade.
  3. Score the chicken thighs with a knife and coat them with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. For a charred finish, broil the chicken for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the tandoori chicken hot with naan or rice and enjoy!
