Thai Green Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken, sliced
- 2 tbsp green curry paste
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add green curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add chicken and stir until cooked through.
- Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- Add red bell pepper and broccoli, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in fish sauce and sugar, adjusting to taste.
- Serve hot over rice and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
