Ingredients:

  • 1 lb white fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the fish fillets with the spice mixture.
  4. Grill the fish for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.
  5. Heat the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
  6. In a medium bowl, mix together mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing a piece of grilled fish on each tortilla and topping with mango salsa.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
