Garlic Butter Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Season shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
- Remove skillet from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot over rice or pasta.
