Garlic Butter Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Season shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  4. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  5. Remove skillet from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
  6. Serve hot over rice or pasta.
