Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
  5. Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
