Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb spaghetti
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and cook until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
- Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
