- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, diced
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions:
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on a tortilla, then topping with cabbage, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
