Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  3. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on a tortilla, then topping with cabbage, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
  5. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
