Classic Poutine Recipe

Ingredients:

– 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into fries

– 1 cup cheese curds

– 1 1/2 cups beef gravy

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until crispy.
  3. While the fries are baking, heat the gravy in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the fries on a plate, top with cheese curds, and pour the hot gravy over the top.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
