Maple Glazed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
